Frozen ET
Frozen ET:-
- Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is preferred when endometrial receptivity is compromised in a superovulation cycle due to injected hormones. By freezing embryos, we can focus on improving endometrial receptivity in the next cycle, maximizing implantation chances.
-
- Thawed embryos are placed into the uterus during the FET cycle. The timing of the transfer is carefully coordinated with the menstrual cycle.
-
- Medications may be prescribed to prepare the uterine lining for implantation.FET is a process to assist in achieving pregnancy using previously frozen embryos. Embryos are typically frozen at an early stage after in vitro fertilization (IVF).
-
- Ultrasound and hormone monitoring help determine the optimal time for transfer. The embryos are thawed and checked for viability.
-
- A thin catheter is used to transfer the selected embryos into the uterus.
